He is an Electrical Engineer and a graduate of the University of the West Indies, and Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Russia) where he received his Master's of Science in Digital Technology & Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering respectively. Dwight Walsh is a Certified Licensed Electrician and a member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).
